In order to provide a seamless Claims experience for your Customers, the Claims process requires coordination between several parties. Boost acts as the single source of truth for all things related to the existence and status of a Claim. The Customer will provide you the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to initiate the process. You will provide that information to Boost and from there a claims specialist will start adjudicating the claims. When the submission is received, and during the adjudication process, Boost will provide you daily updates on the status of the claim. This consistent flow of information ensures that Customer Claims are addressed as quickly as possible, and that you can stay informed as to the status of all Claims from your user base.
