Communication and Support

The Boost team likes to move fast and wants to empower you to do the same. To ensure a smooth integration and to unblock issues as quickly as possible, Boost will set up a shared Slack channel with your tech team. We actively monitor that channel and will respond to any requests or questions as soon as possible. We maintain an SLA of 3h between 8am and 8pm ET. The same channel will also be used by Boost to provide updates as any development on your Product progresses and as features are released.
